At this moment our The Yard is like a ship in in the Middle of the Atlantic Ocean, more precisely the Sargasso Sea. Our crew has put in a lot of work and now the task is to sail the ship safely to the destination. But at this time it is matter of allowing time to pass by, letting the winds carry us forward while hoping the the four ocean currents that surround the Sargasso Sea do not throw us off our course.
The gallery moderator teams are working well and very hard at only accepting worthy works and rejecting the rest. The Yard’s mentors are doing an equally great job and most projects are up and running and hopefully in six months to a year from now we can see the fruits of our labor. Deserving images getting massive exposure, new talent has sharpened their eyes and abilities considerably and become valuable contributors to our galleries, a few heavy outside sponsors have discovered The Yard’s potential, Our first and second internal competitions have been great successes, and many of us are excited because we are about to have our first IRL meeting at an exciting location. – But for now we must all just do our jobs and be patient. Any garden needs gardening to become an Eden, so is ours!

MOTIVATION:
During a very chaotic period in The Yards history she stood firmly as an oak tree and managed to keep the group alive. She did it with little help and as cumbersome her task was she at the same time also had a lot of things to take care of in her real life. We all are in her debt for what she did for The Yard, and without her this group would not exist today!
